Colors of Freedom

Well... the original background was supposed be be the girl standing on top of a clock tower... but I'm glad I changed it because a background sucker like me will DIE drawing that clock tower orz

I think it's quite rare of me to draw a colorful picture like this one~ Though I'm somehow still unhappy with the balloon color combinations... might adjust it a bit more if I feel like it..

Will be sold as a print at Smash2009.
